Every year, Fiesta Mexicana gets a new logo. If you paint, draw, or design, and you live in West Michigan, make the next one yours. The winning design runs on every poster, shirt, banner, and program this September.
No experience required. Shifts are 4 hours. Every volunteer gets a t-shirt, meals, and a spot in one of the best weekends of the year.
Wed–Thu setup and Sun–Mon teardown. Physical work, friendly team.
Schedule questions, lost kids, bathroom directions, festival tote sales.
Help with piñata stations, face painting, craft tables. Bilingual a plus.
Greet bands and dance troupes, guide to green room, runner duties.
Roaming support for elder attendees and Spanish-first vendors.
Program planning, Reinita coordination, fundraising committee. Commit to monthly meetings.

How it works. Submit a vendor application with your business info and category. If you're approved, MHAWM will follow up by email with the payment instructions and the agreement form. Your spot isn't secured until payment clears. Please don't mail payment before you've been approved.
Padrinos keep admission free. In return: 28,798 festival attendees in 2025, 291,199 social media impressions, 21,101 webpage views, and goodwill that doesn't come from a billboard.
